I got his card a year ago when he did my neighbors car and planned to have him come last fall but the weather turned too cold so I waited til this spring. The appointment was made by phone with a tentative price agreed upon – depending on the size of my car (a small SUV) and the work I needed done. I was pleasantly surprised on the day of the appointment. After the car was examined, he told me I really didn’t need an upholstery shampooing – just a very good vacuuming – and dropped the original price substantially. I’m quite pleased with the finished product – I’m sure the car even drives better.”
